Piquant Dukkah with hazels, almonds, sesame seed, coriander, paprika and chilli. Awesome on salmon.
This Dukkah is made from premium nut kernels that are freshly dry-roasted, then chopped and mixed with savoury spices and sesame seed to create delicious combinations of flavours and textures.
You can serve our Dukkah the traditional way, accompanied simply by your special bread and a fine olive oil - and of course a glass of wine. Whilst Dukkah's classic use is as a dip, it can also be used in a variety of ways to transform your meat, fish or egg dishes, not to mention sprinkling onto vegetables, soups, salads, stirfrys and including in your stuffings. Try also in your pita pockets or your kebabs. For ideas, see our recipe sheets and our website.
Or, as a variation from olive oil, try using yoghurt or infused oils for dipping. Another variation is to sprinkle Dukkah liberally onto split pita bread or sliced baguettes, spray with olive oil and crisp gently in a low oven. Be careful of high heat to avoid burning the nuts.
